Bugsyโ€™s โ€œHometownโ€ Chosen by ESPN as 2023 NBA Playoffs Theme Song

San Antonio hip hop legend, Bugsy, has just made history yet again. His popular song, โ€œHometownโ€, was recently selected as the official 2023 NBA Playoffs theme song, chosen by ESPN. The 14-year old song is the first to be chosen by a San Antonio artist to represent the NBA playoffs.

โ€œHometownโ€ contains a sample from Adeleโ€™s โ€œHometown Gloryโ€ song, which was released on her 2008 album, 19. Bugsy owns all rights to the sample, which was cleared by Adele and Columbia Records in 2009 in order to publish his song.
